Lex Ewen, P.Eng.
CEO

Lex Ewen is professional engineer and the founder of Entrack Consulting Ltd., a Saskatchewan based company that specializes in the abandonment and reclamation of oil & gas wells in Western Canada. He is also the managing partner of Rand Oil Ltd., a private non-operated oil and gas producer in central Alberta and southeast Saskatchewan. Rand is partnered with two of the largest conventional oil and gas producers in Saskatchewan. Lex has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering from the University of Regina, where he majored in Petroleum Systems Engineering.

John Styles, P.Eng., FEC
Executive Chairman

John A. Styles is a petroleum engineer with 40 years of experience in the resource industry. Mr. Styles has served as a director of a number of public companies, including Reece Energy Exploration Corp., until its amalgamation with Penn West Energy Trust in 2009. He was co-founder, Chairman, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Long View Resources Corporation, a Tier 1 TSX Venture Exchange-listed public corporation engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of oil and gas properties. From its founding, Mr. Styles was President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Invictus Minerals Corp., owner of the KP-289 potash exploration permit, until the acquisition of the company by Potash One Inc. (now K+S Canada) in July 2008. Mr. Styles was a co-founder, and served as President and CEO, and a director of of Wedona Energy Inc, and of Wedona Energy II Inc., public oil and gas reporting issuers in Saskatchewan, which companies amalgamated with Long View Resources Corporation in September 2005. Mr. Styles has served since 2000 as President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Pilgrim Energy Inc., a private company engaged in investment and consulting in the petroleum industry.

Ed Dancsok, P.Eng., P.Geo.
COO

Ed Dancsok is both a professional engineer and professional geologist with over 37 years of oil and gas experience. Ed is the former head regulator of the Saskatchewan Ministry of Energy and Resources. As the Energy Assistant Deputy Minister, Ed demonstrated leadership in the promotion, development and regulation of the oil & gas industry in Saskatchewan during the most pivotal times of Saskatchewans oil and gas history. Ed is a former Board member of the Petroleum Technology Research Centre (PTRC). He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geological Engineering from University of Saskatchewan. Ed has co-authored a number of papers investigating the deeper petroleum resources in the Williston Basin of Saskatchewan.

Bryan Sigurdson, FSA, FCIA
Chief Risk Officer

Bryan Sigurdson is an actuary with over 40 years experience in insurance and risk management. Formerly Vice President, (Actuarial and Product), and Chief Actuary of Co-operators Life Insurance Company, Bryan also served as the Chief Risk Officer of The Co-operators Group. Bryan is currently the President of Sigurdson Consulting Ltd., a firm which provides actuarial, risk management, proofreading and copy editing services. He holds an M.Sc. in Actuarial Mathematics from the University of Manitoba and is a Fellow of the Society of  Actuaries (FSA)  and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries (FCIA).

Greg Vogelsang, P.Eng., P.GEo.
VP Environmental Services

Greg Vogelsang is an experienced Engineering and Earth Science professional with over 30 years related to the resource industry in Canada and internationally and including private and public sector exposure.His skills have been developed in the uranium, base metals and potash industries and have focused on environmental management, environmental assessments, community relations, strategic planning, project planning and coordination and NI 43-101 reporting.He has experience in a diverse volunteer capacity including Vice President of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan, President of Geoscientists Canada (2013-14), local organizations and sporting activities.
